Before starting ECCS, I spent years in corporate sales and recruiting, building what I thought would be my long-term career. Then I was unexpectedly laid off. While it was a difficult moment, it also gave me the opportunity to pursue something I'd been passionate about for years.
I've always loved creating clean, organized spaces and helping people. As I looked around Hampton Roads, I saw a need for a dependable cleaning company that truly prioritized quality, consistency, and customer service. In March 2023, I took a leap of faith and founded East Coast Cleaning Services.
I brought everything I'd learned from years in sales, recruiting, and customer service into building this company. I've worked for great leaders and not-so-great ones, and both taught me valuable lessons. Those experiences shaped the way I lead our team and built the foundation for a company centered around integrity, accountability, excellence, consistency, and genuine care.
Today, I'm proud that ECCS has become an award-winning, locally owned cleaning company trusted by homeowners and businesses throughout Hampton Roads. But what I'm most proud of is the reputation we've built for showing up, doing what we say we'll do, and treating every home with the same care and respect we'd expect in our own.
